About Teach Me Virtual Tutoring
Teach Me Virtual Tutoring is a free, flexible online tutoring program for elementary and middle-school students (ages 8–14), offered by 2 Care for Me Outreach. The program provides one-on-one, personalized help in core subjects — allowing students to pick a subject focus, send in assignment photos, and receive tailored guidance from a tutor, all from home. Sessions are interactive: students and tutors use video during tutoring to ensure engagement and support. 

Why it Matters / Our Educational Mission in Nevada
2 Care for Me Outreach reaches 500 + students each year through tutoring, mentorship, and school-partnership programs — demonstrating a meaningful reach in our community.  The virtual format removes common barriers (transportation, scheduling, after-school care), making academic support more accessible — especially for families who might not otherwise afford or access tutoring. This helps build confidence and strengthen academic foundations for Nevada’s youth. 

Our Goal for Nevada’s Educational System
By expanding access to free, quality tutoring, we hope to:
Improve academic achievement and confidence across underserved communities.
Provide equitable support so all kids — regardless of background — have the chance to succeed.
Complement public education efforts and help close learning-gaps, especially in core subjects.
